Warrant
We’re attend in every details of building to make high quality of our works for don’t wasted time to repair it later. We are ready to give confidence to customer with a variety of warranty as follows:
- Structure work, assure the main structure of the house according to agreement as specify for 5 years.
- Roof work, assure in leak out of the roof according to agreement as specify for 5 year.
- Termite attack, assure the termite attack work from the day to put the solution in soil for 3 years and check it every 6 month.

- Company will manage to ask for permission in building for free.
- Company will ask for number of the house for free.
- Electric-meter, water-meter the company will manage to ask for permission for free.
